NEWS RELEASE
Dennis Schaeffer, (r), store manager of Lowe's Store #1868 in Buckhorn and human resources manager, Joe Carr, received the United Way of Columbia County Presidential Recognition Awards for the largest percent of increase in corporate and employee contributions, from United Way intern, Kristen Spencer. During the 2007 campaign, the corporate and employee giving at Lowe's increased by 160%.
